Elisabeth Costa leads the Behavioural Insights Team, the world’s first nudge team, established by the UK government. She has worked there since 2015 and has led dozens of experiments exploring how people make decisions about money, work, and the online world. Much of her work focuses on the intersection of AI and behavioural science. She is also affiliated with the London School of Economics.
